Eva Maxim and her longtime friend Charlotte Sins are relaxing together after a fun day of shopping. Charlotte had moved away for college and a brief stint of employment, but she missed her hometown. After a career opportunity opened up locally, she jumped at the chance to move back.

The women are having a blast as they catch up, and it’s just like old times with how quickly they’ve clicked back together. Their friendship is as good as ever — well, actually, BETTER than ever because now that Eva, who is trans, is living openly as her true self, they can do all the female-friend rituals they never got to do when they were growing up! They can girl-talk (made even spicier because of the fact that they’re both lesbians), gossip about celebrity scandals, give each other makeup tips, and, of course the best one of all, double their wardrobe! After all, what are best friends for if you can’t ‘borrow’ that cute top of theirs and never give it back?

The atmosphere is playful as Eva points out that, speaking of, they should totally try on their new clothes! They decide to have a friendly ‘who wore it best’ contest. They try on all the clothes they bought, having lots of fun and complimenting each other. But, as they try on the clothes, we also catch glimpses of growing lust between them as they exchange looks. They are not shy as they lightly tease each other in good spirit.

So far, their contest seems to be at a tie. Eva and Charlotte decide to try on their new bikinis as a tiebreaker, and the heat between them is undeniable as they admire each other’s bodies. It’s time for a new installment of The Physical! This time, Dr. Dee Williams, Nurse Khloe Kay, and Nurse Jean Hollywood are hosting a nurses’ retreat for 4 nurses in training. They begin by asking the 4 trainees to introduce themselves and explain why they decided to choose this career.

Charlotte Sins gets things started by saying that she loves helping people. Next, Jade Venus admits that she didn’t realize this was going to be a REAL nursing thing, and she thought they were just here to be models! However, she does think this real nurse stuff looks like it might be interesting. Dr. Williams assures Jade that she’s welcome to stay – maybe she’ll discover a new career path. The next person is Kira Noir, who says she’s here because she loves learning about the human body and how to heal all the different parts. And last but certainly not least, Eva Maxim says that one of her parents is a nurse, so she wants to follow in her parent’s footsteps.

Once the introductions are done, it’s time to show the trainees how to do a head-to-toe assessment. Dr. Williams is wearing a patient gown, so obviously she’ll be playing the role of the patient in this demonstration. Nurse Kay and Nurse Hollywood take turns showing how to do the assessment, explaining to the trainees what they’re doing as they examine Dr. Williams’ eyes, ears, throat, and so on.

Eventually, things take a steamy turn when Dr. Williams removes her patient gown for a breast exam. The trainees are invited to get some hands-on practice, and they’re more than happy to put their hands all over Dr. Williams’ breasts. A rotary phone rings and Lydia Black, dressed in retro 80s clothing, swoops in to answer it. ‘Cut!’ a director yells from offscreen, revealing that Lydia and Shiri are actually the two lead actresses of an 80s-style TV drama. Having just wrapped the pilot episode, it’s time for these actresses to go to the green room and remove their makeup. They’ve each earned a much-needed rest after an extensive shoot.

In the green room, Lydia and Shiri strike up a conversation. Even though they are both leading the project, they haven’t had a chance to spend some quality time together. As they chat, they bond over their mutual dislike of the material: the comparisons to other cheesy soap operas, the shoestring budget, the tacky 80s nostalgia… the list goes on.

During their conversation, there’s a certain spark that erupts between them. When they change into their street clothes, each takes a few moments to check the other out, and it’s clear they like what they see. At one point, the tension is too much to ignore, and they start making out in the green room. They have sensual sex together and, needless to say, end up playing their parts to perfection.

In this sequel to The Physical and The Physical Returns, we open with Nurse Jean Hollywood proudly receiving their nurse cap. Dr. Dee Williams and Nurse Khloe Kay congratulate Nurse Hollywood on joining their practice. Nurse Hollywood sighs with relief and remarks that it sure wasn’t easy — the three of them had to pull out ALL the stops to make it happen! They laugh and start to retell the eventful story among themselves…

In a flashback, we see Nurse Hollywood looking nervous. Dr. Williams and Nurse Kay are standing quietly in the background for moral support, though they look a little nervous themselves. A beautiful but stern woman, Dr. TS Foxxy, enters the room and inspects the premises. Dr. Foxxy is the Attending Physician, who is there to give Nurse Hollywood a final exam to inspect if they’re ready to graduate and become a nurse.

Nurse Hollywood has to perform a physical exam on Dr. Foxxy, who will be scrutinizing Nurse Hollywood’s steps and bedside manners. While Dr. Williams and Nurse Kay anxiously watch from nearby, Nurse Hollywood gives Dr. Foxxy a thorough checkup, including asking Dr. Foxxy to undress in order to examine every part of her. Nurse Hollywood clearly has good medical knowledge, but nervousness causes them to hesitate or slip up a few times. Dr. Williams and Nurse Kay, not wanting Nurse Hollywood to fail, chime in and gently nudge Nurse Hollywood in the right direction here and there, which sets Nurse Hollywood back on track. However, it’s clear that Dr. Foxxy doesn’t take kindly to the interference.

At the end of the medical exam, Dr. Foxxy declares that Nurse Hollywood won’t be passing after all — they’re just not ready yet. Nurse Hollywood is stunned. Dr. Williams and Nurse Kay protest, saying Nurse Hollywood did a great job! Dr. Foxxy concedes that Nurse Hollywood’s medical knowledge IS very impressive for someone who started studying so recently, BUT Nurse Hollywood’s lack of confidence makes for terrible bedside manners. How is any patient supposed to feel reassured they’re in good hands when their nurse is so flustered?? Dr. Williams and Nurse Kay insist that that will improve in time and that they’ll be there to support Nurse Hollywood at the clinic as a TEAM, but Dr. Foxxy says she’s made up her mind.

Dr. Williams and Nurse Kay then get an idea, and pull Nurse Hollywood aside by the shoulders for a pep talk. If Dr. Foxxy wants to see Nurse Hollywood being confident, there’s ONE activity where they have all the confidence in the world. So go for it, Nurse Hollywood! Nurse Hollywood shakes off their nerves and becomes determined, confidently seducing Dr. Foxxy. Wanting to help, Dr. Williams and Nurse Kay join in for foursome sex, where Nurse Hollywood takes the lead and shows Dr. Foxxy all the confidence anyone could ask for!

Ariel Demure, the star performer at a club, is moving on to the next big step in her glamorous career. Despite giving Brooklyn such a stern warning, Ariel does show more interest in Brooklyn than she did in the other candidates. She has Brooklyn step under the lights so she can examine them more closely, and gives them some helpful advice about straightening their posture – it will give them better stage presence. Before Ariel can give further advice, first she needs to see what she’s working with, so she asks Brooklyn to get onto the stage and sing.

Brooklyn begins to sing, causing Ariel to smile at their lovely voice. Brooklyn’s singing becomes more confident, and as they reach the crescendo of the song, the shot of Brooklyn in street clothes changes to the same shot but with Brooklyn now in a gorgeous costume for a dress rehearsal, sounding much more self-assured as they belt out the last chorus. Their posture and body language fit with the song beautifully, as if having great stage presence has become second nature for them. It’s clear that time has passed, andthat they’ve learned a lot from Ariel.

When the song ends, Ariel – who is also now in costume – applauds, and gives Brooklyn a congratulatory kiss. Ariel will be leaving the club soon, but at least she knows the place will be in good hands with Brooklyn around. Before Ariel and Brooklyn part ways, they decide to give each other one last fond memory by making love on the stage.
