Sylvia (Anna Claire Clouds) gets a surprise visit from a stranger (Seth Gamble). He warmly greets Sylvia by name and says it’s nice to finally meet her. Sylvia looks confused, asking who he is and how he knows her name. The man introduces himself as Jake, and he says that she’s already VERY familiar with a part of him… because he donated the kidney that saved her life a few years ago.

Sylvia looks surprised and delighted, saying she never thought she’d get to meet him – her doctor had simply told her that the kidney came from an anonymous donor. Jake explains that he has connections in medical circles, so he was able to find out who received his kidney and then track her down. Sylvia happily invites Jake inside.

Sylvia says she’s glad for this opportunity to finally voice her thanks to Jake – she knows it’s rare for someone to be willing to donate an organ to a total stranger. Jake says he’s glad to hear her say that, because that’s actually why he’s here – he felt it was about time for her to thank him PROPERLY. Sylvia becomes confused and a bit wary, so Jake explains that since he saved her life, she should do something for HIM.

Paul (Mickey Mod) is the parent of a young woman named Lily, and has agreed to pick up her belongings from her ex’s apartment following a messy breakup. When he arrives, however, the ex, Jasmin (Braylin Bailey) begins pleading with him to reveal Lily’s new address. Since the breakup, Lily has cut off all means of communications, not giving Jasmin the chance to try and make amends. It’s clear that Jasmin is possessive of Lily and not ready to let her go.

But Paul remains calm and refuses to betray Lily, who wants nothing more to do with her volatile ex. When Jasmin starts pushing him more and more, clearly growing unstable, Paul tries to leave. However, Lily quickly changes tactics and stops him, trying to win him over instead with the promise of sex in return for Lily’s whereabouts…

Charlene (Dana Vespoli) returns home after running an errand and is shocked when she is greeted by a cheerful girl, Mara (Coco Lovelock), who claims that Charlene is her parent.

Charlene is bewildered as she demands to know where Tracy is, who she’s really the parent of. That’s when George (Tommy Pistol), Charlene’s husband, intervenes by happily putting his arm around Mara, the two of them acting like everything is perfectly normal. George explains that he wanted a young lady he could fuck, so he secretly swapped Tracy for Mara, who comes from an unrelated but like-minded family.

Charlene is horrified, especially when she finds out that Tracy left willingly to indulge in her own freakish desires. Charlene then has to watch as George and Mara have gleeful, raunchy sex all around the house. George and Mara invite her to join in on the fun but Charlene is conflicted. However, it soon becomes obvious that there’s little she can do but embrace this twisted new family arrangement…

Clarissa (Kenna James) and her husband have applied to a fertility clinic so that Kenna can get pregnant. One day, however, Franklin (Seth Gamble), a representative from the clinic, shows up at Clarissa’s door with some very bad news. It seems like the clinic rejected her since she would be too much of a high-risk pregnancy. Needless to say, Clarissa is heartbroken and defeated.

Franklin can plainly see that Clarissa is feeling extremely vulnerable, so he moves closer and suggests something only a desperate person would even think of considering. He asks that she let him impregnate her right here, right now. Her husband isn’t home, and won’t be for some time… This way, she can just tell her husband that she was accepted and they can live out their dreams without any more hiccups. Clarissa is taken aback, but won’t deny that this would certainly solve her problem… despite the method being highly questionable. After some hesitation, Clarissa accepts, leading to energetic sex that ends in a dripping creampie.

Greg (Ken Feels) leads his wife Morgan (Reagan Foxx) into a house that has a bunch of moving boxes in the living room. Morgan looks delighted with the house, and happily makes out with Greg. But when Greg checks the kitchen cupboards and sees that there’s no food in them, he says he’ll go find something to eat, driving off while Morgan stays in the house.

As Greg drives, he comes across a young man and a young woman hitchhiking on the side of the road. Despite his misgivings, Greg stops the car and asks the hitchhikers if they’ve eaten lately. The pair say that they haven’t, so Greg tells them they can get in the car. The hitchhikers thank him, introducing themselves as Wes (Tyler Cruise) and Carrie (Liz Jordan).

When Greg arrives at the house with Wes and Carrie, Morgan doesn’t look pleased with the unexpected company. During a tense dinner, Morgan outright asks Wes and Carrie what they’re running away from. Wes and Carrie say they don’t want to talk about it, but claim that they’re siblings. Greg says that Wes and Carrie can stay at the house for the night. Wes and Carrie happily accept, and go off to one of the bedrooms. But Morgan is displeased and gets into an argument with Greg, saying this was supposed to be their special night. The argument ends with Greg storming out of the house, despite Morgan saying he shouldn’t leave her alone with two strangers in the house.

Wes and Carrie decide to make use of Greg’s absence. As they plot together, it is revealed that they lied about being siblings. They’re actually husband and wife, and they’re definitely up to no good. Carrie sneaks over to the living room, and finds Morgan’s purse there. But as Carrie looks through the contents of the purse, Morgan catches her in the act, grabbing Carrie by the hair. Carrie finds herself unexpectedly turned on, but still says she’ll yell for Wes. Morgan confidently tells Carrie to go ahead, because she can take care of him too. When Wes enters the room, it’s clear that there’s more to Morgan than it seems… but who’s going to come out on top in this situation?

Mrs. Murphy (Little Puck) wants to get her little one into a very prestigious high school, the best of the best. But she is frustrated to learn that, despite her little one’s stellar transcript, he’s only been put on the waiting list. Taking matters into her own hands, she confronts the Dean of Admissions Mr. Keene (Tommy Pistol) in his office, demanding an explanation.

Mr. Keene is reluctant to give any special treatment, saying that his job as Dean of Admissions requires him to remain wholly objective. But Mrs. Murphy is not one to take no for an answer, so she offers to do whatever Mr. Keene wants to have her way… even if it means dropping on her knees and giving him a sloppy blowjob, followed by some pulse-pounding sex right there in his office.

Tanya (Charlie Forde) comes home from work, but is greeted by a shocking sight: there are photos of her with her old girlfriend Julie (Dana Vespoli) stuck to the front door and hanging ALL OVER the living room. Tanya admits that she experimented back in college by having a ‘lesbian phase’ where she dated Julie. Tanya says she didn’t LIE to Ron about anything, she just never TOLD him. But Ron is still furious, saying that a lie of omission is still a lie. He scolds Tanya, saying that covering it up was just as bad, or maybe even WORSE – she’s BETRAYED his trust and tarnished their relationship. He says that’s why he put proof of her SHAME all over the front door and living room to remind her, but that’s not ALL he had planned. He tells her to go to the bedroom, because Julie is there waiting for them.

Tanya and Ron enter the bedroom, and sure enough, Julie is there. Tanya demands to know what’s going on, and asks why Julie is here. Ron says he wants to understand exactly what drove Tanya to have a relationship with Julie – he wants Tanya to SHOW him by having sex with Julie while he watches. Julie doesn’t look surprised, but Tanya is shocked at his suggestion, and even more shocked that Julie seems willing to go through with this.

Julie accusingly tells Tanya that not EVERYONE saw being a lesbian as ‘just a phase’, and not EVERYONE’S lives got better after college like Tanya’s did. Julie says that her life got worse – MUCH worse – after Tanya dropped her like a hot potato. Julie was so heartbroken and devastated from Tanya’s betrayal that her life took a downward spiral… but now Ron has made an arrangement where Julie will have an opportunity for a better life, as long as she participates in his plan. Tanya looks guilty, and tries to apologize to Julie. However, Julie says that she doesn’t want to hear it, telling Tanya that if she really wants to help, then she’ll do what Ron wants, so then Ron will give Julie what SHE wants.

Tanya looks guilty again, and agrees to have sex with Julie while Ron watches them. But the surprises aren’t done yet, because eventually, Ron insists to the women that because they’re making the sex look SO enticing, he might as well join in. And there is still ONE MORE surprise left in store for Tanya…
